This whole thing re: we've got GPR but sold Plasma Antenna (PA) has had me totally confused.  This is because I've always been under the impression that the two technologies went hand-in-hand.  Better said, I don't see how the GPR can work to the effectiveness of their testing without using a PA to enable the broadest spectrum of frequencies for target identification.  It seems that benefit is what would separate our GPR from the others.

The only thing I could figure is that when PTSC sold the PA, they included language such that PTSC has free license to use that PA tech specifically in GPR products produced by PTSC.  Such a thing would not be that unusual.  The buyer of the PA would forfeit one market niche, and only if PTSC pursued it.

But I KNOW nuttin'!
