I am very sorry to hear that Congress passed that bill. I don't think it would have happened if it were not so close to election time. I am in hopes that Bush vetos the thing, but I have my serious doubts. I remember how close he was to the high tech groups in Austin when he was Govenor. Of course he travels with different crowds now--I hope he has the strength to take a stand. There is always a problem when one party out numbers the other--talking about needing balance!
