The rate of licensing still seems odd to me. PTSC is in a strong position now.

IMO waiting until the current litigation is settled is a mistake. There is likely to be new litigations pending in the future - winning this case doesn't stop others from contesting. So what are they waiting for.

I say Alliancense should study their licensing bottelneck and fix it so the flow rate is more like 1 per week - now.
