this court case has become nothing to do with chips and IP infringement and everything to do with proper patent filing. Clear these hurdles and it seems we would be home free. It is still my hope that if our side is confident on the infringement level and the claims definitions have trully given them strength, we refuse to settle and take these companies down in court now, rather than have to wade through the court with someone else in the future. Especially if the infringement and possible awards are high. Make an example of them and cast us into the world spotllight...Now. We are ready with no debt, no warrants, cash in the bank, and great liquidity. (For those who see the number of shares as too many...your new talking point can now be "Well, we have great liquidity!)
