TOWNSEND and TOWNSEND is communicating with the court as though they have won and are narrowing down the list of infringed products so as to put a price on a settlement that the court can help mediate in a couple of weeks. Sounds strong even though Toshiba is asking to move it to CA and that the patents were a mistake to be issued.
Does anyone here believe Toshiba has any merit on any issue raised in their list of defenses?
