Has anyone considered the possibility that Turley mis-spoke about the 8% ownership?  As I and others have pointed out, he apparently mis-spoke regarding the number of companies on notice; while he did say "more than" 300, that's a big difference from the 485 that TPL advised.

Just another thought....and I KNOW nuttin'!
