IMO, if JT takes care of the former, the latter will take care of itself. 

I am looking forward to the "new" PTSC.  This year's ASM should, at a minimum, give us some insight into where we are headed with a new biz plan.  My guess is this is JT's strength and the BOD has already made moves to give him guidence with the added BOD member(s).
