Can we now assume that ARM was enjoined for only the 584 because these 6 core families don't infringe the 148 or 336?

Has anyone found that other ARM product would infringe the 148, 336?

If the 584 appeal fails, would that render the 584 useless going forward with ARM and anyone else that may be using it, based on the definition as it stands today? Any other remedy?
