Something else occured to me in a sentence from one of the Pacer documents--they might be trying to cause a fight between TPL and PTSC. I will go back and look for the sentence, but it said something like they thought PTSC should be the only ones to bring this suit. IMHO, they are still trying to delay this thing until the USPTO gets their verdict out. They clearly do not like this court/Ward. I thougt that Townsend Group did a good job--I HOPE Ward agrees.
