What do all of the Form 4s really mean?

I personally think that it means this whole thing is coming to fruition very soon and these insiders want to be able to act accordingly.

If we saw some big buys from insiders (in addition to the option conversions) - I think we would then see an SP pop and have a good indication that a settlement is forthcoming.

What do you think???
