TPL or whoever may have advised all Patriot insiders not to buy on the open market as a settlement could occur at any time.

I know  -  I'm all over the place on this issue - the posts relating to this issue have been very helpful in fleshing this all out - for me - thanks to all.  I think that it's safe to say that all the Form 4s probably mean that something will or could happen very soon.  (Flowers didn't waste any time exercising.) 

 Since this whole thing could all finally happen any day now, we should expect more bashers to come around here in the near future - and I don't mean the subtle variety.  They'll be going after cheap shares before the (potential) lift off.  AIMO
