I think a 750K options is pretty good incentive for new hire; Would you not work a little harder, smarter and use whatever resources you have if the success of a company pays off big for you.
I am okay with this arrangement, actually I would prefer to give any and all employees stock options versus huge salaries (by the way maybe they gave him a huge salary as well). I believe from what little I know that people tend to work better when their interest is on the line.
Once again, we have opinions about everything that this company is doing wrong (not specifically you dot) but I have to disagree. If the shareprice was triple what it is now, how many would actually be content. I can't remember the posts back when it was in the $2 range, but I could only imagine, many here would say things like; When is this going to take off, why is mgmt. doing this or that. (Remember shareprice is relative to what you got in at) Although I would be happy at $5.oo so we could get on the Nasdaq.
I am happy with what JT has been doing for such a short tenure. I have put my money on the table and believe that good things are coming for this company. I have already seen what I need to see, and the steps needed have and are taking place. Of course maybe not as fastest as I and everbody else here wishes. But nevertheless certain steps have been taken.........warrants, pr's, M/A, end of divies to keep the coiffers full.
Sorry to keep re-hatching the positives, I believe I need to counter the negatives for balance on this forum so we don't end up similar to other forums.
That's enough from me tonight.
