One would think that Judge Ward is under some pressure to rule on all outstanding motions, especially the Higgins issue, very shortly....so both sides have some time to reflect and prepare. Got to happen by tommorrow. imo Wouldn't it be nice if Alliacense also announced a new licensee that by name alone.....put additional pressure on our adversaries going into mediation.
