I believe the agreement included the words "Lincoln cannot TRADE". Can't buy, can't sell - until the warrants are gone. If there is a volume spike up or down on no news, I suspect it would signal that S&L is in action, and that the warrants are all gone.
And no S&L doesn't have to repoert their actions. That's a major point behind the 9.99% ownership limitation (one entity - 5%; two entities combined - 10%).
