I really know nuttin' about the law and legalese. Everyday I learn from fellow posters. I do know that this is an important decision this week and will result in waiting 3 more months or not for trial in East Texas. Attached is a start to looking into this important decision that will occur Tuesday thru Thursday. We may or may not know by Friday, the results. Many people know this on this board, but for those unaware, I hope this helps. The mediator, like the Judge in the case, obviously plays a key role in getting to resolution by the parties, I assume.

Above are samples on mediation and mediators. There is tons more on this subject on the internet if you are interested. Someone, probably Wolf, discussed the mediator in our case previously. Hopefully, he is a real expert that can easily get at the heart of the matter. I am unfamiliar with their job description and their modus operandi. Hopefully, the person has already reviewed most of the material available and has a preliminary viewpoint on the efficacy of the patents and the infringement. Again, I know nuttin'. This is a very interesting week for the Leckrones and TPL.
