I believe this is a psychological thriller as they say about some movies. No matter how you cut it, we are in the drivers seat because the patents are valid and the J's have infringed on them. Although this seems to be the bottem line, I know very little about the intricacies of law. It seems that there are plenty of avenues still available if this fails. Judge Faulkner will have a lot to say afterward about the evidence to Judge Ward, I'm sure. Unless this is private from the court and can't be discussed?
