RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Manager of Licensing Communications and assist with following duties:
• Establishes and maintains contact with potential customers (Licensees).
• Supports the Licensing team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers.
• Works with various departments to coordinate sales/licensing objectives and goals, particularly pre-sales communications with the potential licensee.
• Assists Sales/Licensing and Business Analysis organizations in providing company and technical (Claims Charts and Product Reports) information.
• Works with Business Analysis team to ensure the appropriate analysis data is utilized.
• Assists with other administrative functions are needed:
- International and domestic travel arrangements including VISA coordination a MUST
- Assist with and manage the electronic filing system
- Assist with Claim Charts and Product Reports, printing, collating and shipping
- Expense reports and Data entry
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
• 3+ years experience in an administrative support role
• 2nd language – Japanese
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Detailed-oriented and flexible
• Computer literate and Internet savvy
• Superior phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Experienced user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and your 2nd language
• Strong organizational skills and strong prioritization skills to balance multiple projects and demands
• A strong work ethic; self-starter and team player
