or a business positioning itself for some serious growth ?

All this has been going on at PTSC & Alliacense over the last 3 months:

Buying back its warrants

Bringing in a new Board Member

Replacing CFO

Adding licensing staff from VP down

Sounds like a plan for some serious growth.
