I have not read all the related law on this particular matter, but I believe the circuit court went against established law in its ruling.

That means the law was already in place. Yet, so many seem to fear (and tie the sharp and sudden decline today, which has ended and come back nearly to .02 from even) that if the Supreme Court overturns the Circuit ruling, we will go back to the law that was already in place.

In my opinion, TPL and its outstanding legal and contracting team are well aware of the law that existed, and it is highly doubtful the Supremes will do something with this case that could upset that apple cart.
