IMO....Schwartz is dumping the last of his core position so as to be totally out of PTSC by the end of this month which is the end of the quarter.

Again I'll state my opinion that it is not Swartz's business model to be investet in a penny stock. Even if we go to the moon, he makes as much if not more in his loan shark business with less risk.
