I don't think so.

If I look at the charts I think about the pressure on those who are over exposed with money they can't afford to lose. This seems like a normal shakeout considering the slow SP fall over an extended period of time. I see no ploy or conspirasy here. Possibly a buying opportunity, but chartists would say otherwise.
