His "perplexing" statement I would put in the opinion category.
Read my post again.... I for one believed the two propositions I stated, and was buying more PTSC at the time. Having believed those (reasonable in my opinion) propositions - does that somehow make me a liar? After all, I knew the warrants existed. And think of our situation at the time.
I suspect Polh too believed those same propositions, and believed the rightful demand for the stock would easily overcome any impediments, such as S&L selling to convert. Thus, perplexed when the PPS was not performing to expectations.
Today, even with the litigation, don't you honestly believe PTSC is undervalued? P/E multiple of 6.84? I'm perplexed. So I guess that makes me a liar.
