Good news today.

 PTSC sitting with cash, patiently looking for a good point at which to buy back stock. Low and behold, a nebbish long gets scared and dumps a load of shares during the mediation hearings, which have the general populace nervous.

 Said nebbish, influences other chicken-littles, worried about loosing the rent $, and a cascade starts. PTSC, not haven fallen off the vegetable cart yesterday, gets out the check book and takes advantage of the firesale.
