IF you believe Big in his stating that he dumped 330K shares (about half the recent daily volume), that alone could have caused the free-fall. It at least contributed - significantly.

I am inclined to suspect that PTSC jumped in, buying, after the drop. I seriously doubt that even if they put in a buy order for a million shares at 3-5 cents below the bid, that THAT would have been the catalyst. A significant sale (330K) could have been, or would have at least impaired the rebound.
