I need to correct myself. Apparently Dallas might be home base for the 5th, but I see that they have heard arguments in Lubbock and Houston over the past year. Majority of cases were in New Orleans though. Also since this is highly technical, they may have a special circuit assigned. Anybody know if that is the case? I'll look further as time permits. Opty
