S&L were holding 32,248,173 shares on February 28, 2007, of which 23,845,100 were issuable on the exercise of warrants.

7,000,000 warrants have been purchased by PTSC, balance 25,248,173.

S&L are now holding 30,384,129 net of warrants on August 31, 2007.

Given the warrant conversions from March 1, 2007, how do S&L now hold more than on February 28, 2007?
