Hey, I am quite delighted with the PR's but I still stand by what I said. There is no reason we could not be given more specifics.

I am not happy at all with the stealth mode we have been in for a considerable amount of time, but I understand why it has happened and am willing to acccept it to a certain degree. I understand that since we are in litigation everything is screened by TPL and I accept that. I understand that they are pre-occupied with the trial and that is, and should be their primary concern. But, their not stating how many shares they purchased has nothing to do with all of the above, and therefore does not have to be included in the secretcy mode. For a group of investor starved for details, a bone once in awhile is not that great a consideration. It certainly is not bashing.
