Why put Jim a headline including "details of share buyback" to the PR and doesn't mention real details like the quantity, amount of money.....???

The proxy also confuses in case of S/L and has nothing intresting in. Old figures are mentioned in case of the warrants and are somehow misleading.

It seems to me our BOD has no real plan and just acts as the market and share price requires it. Sorry to say that, but those PR'S doesn't attract any new investor.

Although, I am not assured by our BOD I still haven't sold just one PTSC share. Furthermore, I added some more. However, our BOD must learn how to run a public company..........I still believe they are able to do so...
