Milestone:

Your confusion exists because you believe the warrants are a part of the reported approximate 30 Million shares.  But, in fact, the warrants are in addition to the shares reported.  ..... So when they reported 32 million shares and had the warrants to buy 8 million shares, they actually had access to 40 million shares.  Hope this helps.
