I'm thinking that they were merely recorded after the bell (i.e., the actual trade happened before the bell).  The last four trades are shown below (otcbb.com - free delayed level two).  Note the "t" out front, and the times recorded.

I hope the format stays intact when I hit that button down and two the left!
