How many weeks would it take to get the the center of the Tootsie pop, I mean , above the $10 level................a high PE? a must? or will our Turley plan make or break the $10 mark? The $10 mark not makable unless the correct business plan works out, or is it makable and if the plan work then the $20 dream mark could be in play?
