Actually, IMO, it's even "hairier" than that. It seems that (though on a lot of stuff, the defendants are in lock-step) each defendant has focused their attentions on one of the "possible" defenses. I doubt we would have to file motions for all defendants in one motion, but on each/any. Though this is probably unlikely because I think the motion would be based on the the claim construction results, it's still another possibility, I would think (e.g., one of the Js has focused on the perceived weakest defense). However, I think we'd all prefer it be one, all-encompassing motion. And I'm sure the court would prefer this as well (again, making it most likely - if it happens at all).
