Last time, in frustration with the S & L dilution. I voted against Mr. Johnson. This time I am voting yes across the board for our BOD. IMHO the company has taken positive steps towards strengthening the bottom line and positioning us for a share increase and eventual listing on an exchange. Share price is only one way (although the most inportant) of keeping score.
