Vanu and DSI (the Bose family of MIT) are both supportive of PTSC tech and collaborating with GD and other subcontractor team members. This is real...and so is the acceleration of cluster5 deployment with the consolidation of Army contracts within GD for Stryker Force deployments (see prior link to GD Feb 16 PR). The Army contract awarded to GD for JTRS/Cluster5 has been protested and settled. GD geting the extra 59 mil$ to get Cluster5/JTRS deployed to Irag is a good omen. As long as PTSC remains the preferred chip for power,size, and cost requirements. So far we are holding 1st place in all three categories from what I have read. Foundry deals exist in Asia for production and maybe the China smartcards deal will come around when the Yuan finally floats free of the dollar.
