IMO, they've (the Js) have already dragged their feet enough, and our team was just cooperating with the court in letting the mediation happen so that when they file, it'll be in the good graces of the court (i.e., they have given the court mandated mediation a chance). I'm expecting our team to file within the next two weeks.
However, if the mediation is agreed to continue at the agreement of all parties (as it has to be for continuation), I'll be a bit dismayed (though it could be a good thing). If our team doesn't file for SJ, and there is no continuance of mediation, I'll be flabbergasted. But it wouldn't be the first time.....
'Cuz I KNOW nuttin'! (except that I'm posting way too much today!)
