I think word about mediation results could come at any time because the rule is "within five days".  I also think that we could file before the mediator files the results (our team KNOWs the results).

As for the Js filing for SJ - it wouldn't surprise me, and I don't think it would matter.  The Js would IMO have one little problem with filing; it would have to be based on all the (untested) BS motions, and not on the results of the Markman.  Seems a little problematic.
