ttccrr, sometimes you amaze me.  You constantly hammer the BoD with a 100% focus on the past.  You rant about how inept the BoD is, but then complain because they don't have complete, or any, control over the IP.  Considering the ineptitude you bestow the BoD, it seems to me you should be VERY HAPPY that the BoD doesn't have complete/any control of the IP! 

The BoD has changed, the financial staus of the company has changed, the Prez/CEO has changed, the policies of the company have changed (no divies, flexible to take advantage of opportunities, etc.), S&L is nearly out of the picture, but you, you're "ole reliable", fixated on the past.

I again request you provide some FORWARD LOOKING insight, please!
