Actually... PTSC has 100% control over the patents in the MMP.. if they wanted to.. if they felt TPL was not doing PTSC justice via the MMP..they could take their half ownership of all the patents, tell TPL/Lecky to stick it, and leave... leaving TPL's half ownership basically worhtless.

If placating S&L is part of the big picture, a part that is or will be thru shortly.. then so be it... let's get on to bigger and better things without them and their 100+ mil warrant overhang...
