Biggest Concern for the CEO, BOD and us the shareholders

This was a good day for the start of a new quarter but not a great day.

The biggest concern for our CEO, IMHO, is how to get institutional investors interested in PTSC. Today was a great day for the stock market as a whole, as institutional investors were buying hand over fist as they say, but this did not trickle down to lesser known PTSC/OTC.

As I said in the headline, this is a problem for Mr. Turley and the BOD as well as us. What can we do? Although, very unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, I think this would be a valuable area of discussion at the Shareholder Meeting, October 23rd, 3 weeks from now.  I also think that we should be discussing this on this board; i.e. topics to be discussed at the next shareholder meeting so that those who can attend will have focused meaningful questions prepared in advance to discuss at this meeting. Throwing out ideas to discuss now, will help refine the questions to be presented. If you are going to this event you want to get the most out of your trip and for those unable to attend, the best feedback you can give.

The solution for institutional investors, of course, seems obvious; get on Nasdaq to attract institutional investors. This has been discussed here for a long time. The problem is the means of carrying this out. Reverse split is the very worst way and should not be considered. I myself have been the victim in many stocks I've owned where this has occured and it is of no value to the shareholder. The best way, IMHO is after mediation or some other great strategic event to get the publicity out there and capitalize on the SP increase and volume. IMO, The SP will inevitably go over $1, which is the NASDAQ minimum and the volume will increase to the levels required. This will bring in the big money that is needed to get the ball rolling.

IP companies seems to be the direction that Mr. Turley is going. With the expansion of the company through the umbrella type holding corp with tons of patents and a few companies underneath the umbrella, the strategy seems to me to be an excellent one. This is another important area to discuss at the Shareholder meeting. Let's put on our thinking caps and help us all out with meaningful discussions on an important event, 3 weeks away. It is up to all of us to ensure this occurs, not just me or someone else. An idea explosion/brainstorm is needed to get us energized. I have presented 2 here. There are many others. Let's discuss!
