I'm not convinced that the first order of business is increasing the S/P.  PTSC is still facing incredible obstacles.  Moving to a higher exchange is probably ranked #20 on Mr. Turleys list of things to do.  The S/P will take care of itself if Mr. Turley is successful in implementing his growth strategy and the outside forces go our way.
