It seems to me we all sent our questions to Ron, who fowarded them to ptsc. Only some of the questions were answered but they sluffed off the tougher ones. I think asking them without warning might get better results. They (Pohl) held up the list and said all the questions were answered, and they weren't. Ron represented 56 million shares and 325 million were voted.

Pohl said at that time we needed to be at $3.00 for 30 days to qualify for the Amx. He said we would be trying to acquire, merge or partner with a co. that was already listed. He also said we had 23,000 share holders vs 16,000 the year before. Just wanted to clear up a few misgivings on this board. Doc
