What?! Shareholder meetings ARE the public forum. It is customary for companies to announce things at such meetings (though typically concurrent with a PR release to better assure all interested parties have the opportunity to become privy). Why do you think such meetings typically end AFTER trading hours?
Sorry, but I had to call ya on this one. I KNOW you're a smart guy, but we've bumped heads a few times recently because, IMO, you read things in to regs that simply aren't there IMO (e.g., what does "substantive" mean?).
