Heartfelt apologies to the board.  Twice now I have passed along things that were false.  While they were passed to me from respectable sources, the content was proved to be false.  No excuse for littering this board with falsehoods.  It makes it trash and I need to be more diligent in determining validity before posting.  I apologize.  It wont happen again.  Signed Frustrated and embarrassed in Seattle
