TPL filed this. What better way to say that we know the Higgings ruling is of no concern to us ! I had thought that this kind of filing would have come after JW ruled on the Higgins matter. Way to go ! This put us on top , IMO , not waiting. Good Move!

 SGE-- Yes this is the whole ball of wax, we get a green thumb on this one from JW and thin we file the SJ and it's all over for NEC, jsut waiting on how much the jury awards.

I wonder if the are going after one at a time and are waiting awhile before such on the others?
