If you are right--

I wonder why we did not see the others? Either they got filed at the end of day and just did not make the list or the other two have settled??

It DOES sound like they are asking for the judgement on the entire thing----It could be that this is part of the paper work that had to be done before Faulker could release mediation results--this is where we need our resident attorneys to chime in. GL, ads
