Okay, I get it.... They aren't necessarily requesting that judgment be made NOW.
But if that is the case, inclusion of this Prayer for Relief seems rather silly, and is probably redundant. I mean, isn't it (more than) obvious that this is what the plaintiffs would want as a result of a full-blown trial?
This legal stuff..... It's tough for a Contracts guy where if it looks like a contract, has all the necessary ingredients of a contract (including being executed by people having delegated authority), then it is a contract.
