As someone stated some weeks ago, he's a lawyer and surely is used to  discuss and disagree with people.

IMHO there were different reasons, why he left, but that's my personal speculation...

At the end of the day we are all responsible for ourselves and as long a person is an insider, noone can help us in this special case, only one thing is left: Trust, that TPL and PTSC know, what they are doing - even if I have to admit, that feels like beeing in a blackbox...;-)
