I see that there is a boatload of documents on the USPTO site for the 336 dated Sept 24. Apparently, TPL submitted a 13-page Information Disclosure Statement citing over 100 references (only Foreign References are downloadable)

We have not discussed that to my knowledge. Can you tell us any more? Links please. Welcome back!
