Welcome Back. I don't know if you have been keeping updated. Whether you knew it or not mediation results may be released tomorrow but at the same time this pacer shows up that has me totally confused as to the timing. Possibly it has to be released before mediation results can be released ???

Could this mean NEC never showed up for mediation or told TPL to go to hell. Or could this mean any number of a random number of things. The point is: what can we expect later on today (past midnight in the ETZ) or is that impossible to determine. The lack of other documents could mean almost anything ie didn't get to the other defendants or mediation was successful with the other defendants which would be released by Judge Faulkner tomorrrow?

My question to you is plain and explicit:

A counterclaim at this time would indicate what?
