Current trailing PE is under 8...... This PE was based on expenses that I think we will not see in future earnings... IE settlements expenses and invest banking.... This first 1/4 I believe will only have "Bull" with a small settlement these earnings will be negative... I attribute this ,IMHO, to freeze on agreements until the Markman news could analyzed... now with four signings on next 1/4 (my belief is higher amounts becuase of markman).... The same PE will support a much higher price... If we get this in combination with a favorable court ruling/settlement we will have to see huge jump in price.... if the PE moved to a 15 range we would see a huge price change.....
